All rates and rooms include internet and free access to the heated pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna.

Cancellation policies depend on the rate booked.

Extra bed: USD50 + IVA

Crib: No charge.

Family Plan: Children under 12 stay free in existing beds and only pay half of the breakfast rate.

Arrivals/Departures:

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.

Departure time: 12:00 p.m.

Early departure fee: In the event that you must leave before your scheduled departure date, please advise us in advance or an early check-out fee of one night's room and taxes will be added to your bill at the rate quoted

The hotel no longer offers rooms for smokers. All rooms are non-smoking. The fine for smoking in a non-smoking room is U$ 100.00. The designated smoking areas are located outside the main entrance of the hotel.

In addition to authorizing the room and taxes, we authorize a deposit to cover additional charges such as food and beverage charges, phone calls, etc. On a debit card, the authorization is authorized by the bank 4 to 5 business days after the departure date.

Payment for room and taxes is required in full at the time of registration. We also require an additional cash deposit for incidentals. You will not be able to charge anything to the room, such as phone calls, movies, and room service. At the time of check-out, your room will be inspected for damage to the room and any money returned will be paid in cash at that time.
